Our Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a full 100% refund or exchange, excluding the shipping cost, within 14 days of shipment, provided the item is in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval of the return, you will be immediately refunded via your method of payment.
